Stayed fir 3 nights and wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer
Breakfast was very good. Evening meal disappointing.
Lifts were really basic - could just manage to get a mobility scooter in.

First time at this hotel,,but it will not be our last visit.
Breakfast was buffet style, and delicious. Sea view was great from our room,which was clean and very comfortable.

We were in a smaller room quite far way from the life, after a lengthy walk then lift downstairs. The receptionist noticed my shortness of breath and without asking upgraded our room nearer the lift with a Seaview.

Restful and great location
Great location close to the pier and a short walk to town centre shops. Beautiful views of the sea and pier from the front facing rooms. Friendly staff and simple check-in. Bar has a small windowed seating area for sea views and is bright and airy.
Traffic noise can be a problem for front facing rooms, even with the windows closed. The luggage room, also used for mobility buggy storage, can be cluttered with Hotel equipment, residents luggage and poorly parked scooters. It’s a bit of a lottery whether you’ll be able to park your mobility scooter without moving all the clutter. The lifts are too small for scooters and tight for a small wheelchair, as it’s a very old hotel.

Make sure you book the room that has sea view, the room is bigger and nicer with better mattress . It doesn’t cause much more to upgrade it. Book breakfast with Expedia is much cheaper. It is old hotel but room with sea view is wonderful and new .

In general the Burlington needs a face lift everywhere. The stay was ok for a couple of nights, but i wouldn't stay again.

Receptionist was rude arsking me for payment of a breakfast i didn't have.no good morning haw was your stay nothing. My room was freezing cold on the first night i told the Receptionist and arsked for a heater no apology couldn't care less. All would have been ok with me if she'd had a different attitude. Sometimes things go wrong i accept that. And the cold room not her fault. Its her attitude when I told her.
