They have some nice things in this centre and the staff are very helpful. We picked up a lovely coaster with a deco style print of the historic bandstand. There are some interesting books on Eastbourne history plus lots of theatre information in case you want to see a show The centre is in town just off the main shopping area in Terminus Road.
They did have some London souvenirs, which I find a little strange but don't let this put you off. It's a great place to browse.

I found this centre and staff so helpful they directed us to our hotel and helped us with public transport timetables and where to board the buses, which numbers to catch plus if any walking would be involved all in all a credit to the resort

I finally found this office at the far end away from the seafront tucked behind the shopping centre. Unusual position not in the thick of things. I was able to buy advance tickets (a bit cheaper) to two concerts at the Bandstand. Friendly and helpful staff.

As this was our first time to visit the Congress theatre and stay in the Premier inn we had no idea where either were situated and when we asked for directions we were just handed a map of the area and given no assistance.

It's an amazing scenery. I'm an Italian teacher . I often take my students to Eastbourne to improve their languge and they always want me to take them to Borling Gap / seven sisters to enjoy this awsome scenery.
We had a bath in the clean sea and a nice walk on the top of the hill: What a view !
