The people that work here have always been very knowledgeable and helpful,. nothing is too much trouble.. Not just for tourists we are locals and pop in now and again for information on different things.

Very helpful staff offering a wide range of services. Useful for residents as well as visitors. Great little souvenir shop and heaps of brochures and leaflets on places of interest as well as bus timetables. Rail tickets also available.

Very helpful and friendly staff who can also advise about bus and train services in the area. Leaflets, maps etc covering most attractions in Sussex and surrounding areas.

Housed in a real proper building within the shopping area. Plenty of Eastbourne gifts, maps etc. Staff very knowledgeable & helpful. .

Called in to see if they had information regarding bus services to Brighton. They had and could even provide a day ticket themselves.

A level of service that you hardly though still existed in the UK. The staff here really know all about Eastbourne and are able to make very helpful suffestions. They also sell reduced-price group tickets for the trains to London, as well as bus tickets for the very frequent buses to Brighton. There is also a very good range of books on local sights, history, etc.
