I was advised that they did not know if they had service in the garden on a warm sunny day! Very odd!
Some of the staff could not understand some requests regarding the food order.
The worst thing is the seagulls dive bombing you in the garden when you are trying to eat.
You cannot eat food outside in the garden, which is a real shame as the gardens are stunning.

Lovely hotel, with unparalel views from the rooms. It's a little walk away from the hustle of the pier and busy beaches. The hotel is favourited by more senior crowd but that means is quiet and relaxing, good atmosphere for those trying to get away from party crowds. We haven't gotten a chance to have dinner as did not reserve a table in advance - make sure to do so! however reception will recommend where to go if you forget. Cream tea was lovely and breakfast was really good, great value, reasonable pricing.
