Lovely for a lunch visit or coffee on a sunny day.
Variety of places to eat including, Thai, Italian, American Diner, and Indian.
There is a Harvester if you're looking for a cheap family meal, but not very clean, and service is slow.
Nice to walk around, beach can be reached in 5 minutes.
Delieto's is good for coffee and light lunches.
There is retail park 5 minutes walk from harbour including, Next TK Maxx, Boots, Cineworld, and Asda Store.
Plenty of free parking available

Visited here to see how it had changed since we were last in Eastbourne. It has quite a pleasant atmosphere with many restaurants to suit all tastes. You can even take a boat trip around the marina to see the boats up close. A nice place for people watching in the sunshine.

Lovely marina with restaurants and friendly people walking their small dogs. The restaurants are varied also and mainly cater for residents so no lager louts about. Long beach where you can walk to Eastbourne within 30 minutes. Pebbly beach so bring something to sit on. Long sunny days, think sunniest place in the UK. Feels like you are in Spain rather than the UK really.

We walked from Eastbourne along the seafront (it's about 3 miles). At first we thought, is that it? Houses and blocks of flats around some water? But as we got closer, we saw the architecture and civil engineering masterpiece unfold. The water looks very clear and inviting at the wide opening (although it's not for swimming in). As you walk passed the loch and towards the hundreds of boats, you can see hundreds of fish - some of them upto 2ft long close to the walkway. We walked across several interesting bridges to the restaurant areas. We sat at Pablo's and had a few drinks and icecream watching the boats come and go. We then got the tourist train from the back if the Harvester back to Eastbourne pier. A great way to lose a few hours.

It was nothing special but it was worth taking a ride on Dotto train from Eastbourne to harbour if you want a change of scenery.

Worth a visit but don't expect many shops. Harbour focuses more on eating and drinking! Boat trip around the harbour was very interesting looking at all the lovely properties and boats. Steer clear of the Harvester restaurant though (reviewed separately on trip advisor).

We went to see the marina in the night. It was a good atmosphere around the marina and it was lovely to eat food overlooking the harbour.
We ate in the Thai restaurant, which was great!
Next time we return to Eastbourne, we will definitely ride the road train to the harbour and visit during the day to explore further.

Not as much there as we expected, although the restaurant we ate in was good (Pablo's) and the pleasant atmosphere of the harbour with outdoor eating and drinking was really good

The marina has plenty of parking and is well worth a visit. There are a number of specialist shops and a full size Asda. There is a large selection of restaurants from cafes including a McDonald's too almost fine dinning. Great views across the marina with its array of boats to lust over.
