Went to the Barbara Hepworth exhibition. Very interesting. Also the permanent exhibition of local art, including old paintings of Cuckmere river, the coastguard cottages, Eastbourne old town and Holywell highlight how much the area has changed . The coffee in the cafe was excellent.Visited on

Went specifically for the Barbara Hepworth exhibition which was excellent.
Also went down a floor to view the Eric Ravilious work which was also very well presented. Thoroughly recommend a visit to this gallery/ exhibition centre.

I really loved my visit to the Towner. The exhibition was very well organised and displayed (Barbara Hepworth), the lift up was ginormous and so we're the scones in the Cornish Cream Tea (very appropriate at a Hepworth exhibition).Visited on
