Penny was very helpful and knowledgeable on the Tag Heuer Connected product range that I was interested in. The service was not rushed and was conducted in a Covid safe setup with either screens or masks being used at all times. Nice to shop somewhere where you feel you are still valued as a customer.

Me and my partner have been looking for wedding rings and an engagement ring for over 2 year we have never been able to find the right one, all the ladies were lovely and helped out and explained whats what with the diamonds, and listened to what we have been looking for, with in an hour we placed an order for everything we wanted, i would never go any where else to look for jewellery, i would only recommend this shop and this store only

I was lucky enough to one of my grail watches from Brufords, I enquired about a particular watch they found it and 24 hours later it was on my wrist! World-class service. All the staff are great I enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee fabulous experience couldnât recommend them highly enough. Iâd give six stars if I could.
