Really excellent customer service, I was delighted with my purchase of the Tissot, iâm really pleased that within the branch they were able to instantly size it for me adding a couple of extra links. Also I had a good chat about getting into Rolex potentially with the sales assistant Rebecca, and also the manager came over and confirmed things like wait times, I really have been impressed by the whole vibe of what feels like a genuine, honest trustworthy family business, Iâll definitely be returning, and recommending.

I would like to say thank you to a lady called Val. I popped in to talk to someone about diamond earrings. I had lost my own diamond earrings at home.looking everywhere for weeks. Val was helpful in costing a replacement pair also giving me advice of how to deal with my insurers. Time again I revisit Brufords for their professional advice . I would like to thank Cherie also for her patience and friendly approach. I would recommend Brufords . Guess what the earrings turned up ! Huge rellef but I know I would have been looked after at Brufords.

Finally managed to purchase the watch I've always wanted! I can't speak highly enough of Penny and Ashley, I enquired about a watch at around 6pm on a Saturday and not only did I receive many emails back I also received a personal phone call at around 8pm on a Saturday night from Penny making sure everything was in hand. I had the watch by the Tuesday. Excellent, friendly and personal customer service, what more could you want, thank you!

This was literally the only store that had the ring I wanted in stock. I ordered on the 19th December and saw on the website delivery could take up to 10 days due to Christmas and corona virus delays l, However it was shipped that Monday arrived the next working day meaning amazingly it arrived in time for my 21st! The gift packaging was stunning and would really recommend!

Phoned the shop to see if they would price match a limited edition seiko watch, and they did so with no problem. Watch has just arrived and I couldnât be happier, they must have an elf wrapping up the products as the packaging was excellent. Will definitely use again.
