We didn't know it at the time but we were their first two day spa guests. Loved the big waffle robes, slippers maybe?. Not a problem as we were both wearing flip flops. Relaxation room, no sugar or milk had to request that, really not a problem as we appreciated they had only been open a day or two. Ordered some sandwiches about half 12 as that was what you used to be able to do in the relaxation room, it wasn't until a day later I actually read my Spa package notes that I saw they offered a comprehensive lunch menu ! My fault. Took advantage of a massage which was so nice, lovely setting and smells, everything you want from 30 mins away from your wife stuff, these 30 mins were about ME. Joined my friend on the Sun Deck we relaxed in the hot tub in the gorgeoous Guernsey Sunshine. Our afternoon tea came and it was more than plentiful for two ladies, lots of finger sarnies tons of cake and sweet stuff, friend took it home for her boys. Fantastic facility we'll worth every penny I am going to give it A 5 The first 5 I have ever given a place.

We booked a four night bed and breakfast deal with ferry from Poole. It was excellent, especially having the car with us. The staff could not have been more friendly, especially Shaun the Ops manager and the ladies at reception. Our room was an executive twin, very comfortable, especially the bed (important to get a good night's sleep) and over looked the tennis courts. A very relaxing view. The balcony only seated one chair plus table but could be re-arranged to just have two chairs, so no problem. There were plenty of other balconies to sunbathe from. The addition of a Nespresso coffee machine was most welcome. Breakfast wasexcellent, a very good choice of hot and cold food and local specialities. Best selection of fruit I've seen in quite a while. Wonderful views over the lake made breakfast dining a very pleasant experience. We had intended to eat out of an evening around the island but actually ate in the main dining room twice and the bar once because the food was so good. Had we wanted something special it would have been no problem to try and supply it. The leisure facilities were being trialled following a major refurbishment and although not complete at the time (1st week in June) they were of a very good standard and we enjoyed using the pool and steam room. My friend and I had a super five day break. The island is so beautiful and being only three miles from the mainland is a real bonus. I can't believe I've not gone by ferry before. We shall definitely be back to St Pierre Park. Can't wait.

This was a return visit and it was as good as last time I visited. The hotel is fabulous, everything you need, a brand new Spa which has the wow factor, service & hospitality was again, exceptional, with all the staff so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, even in the early hours off the morning. Food was excellent and they catered really well for me as I am Gluten Free. Rooms spacious and clean.

Special thanks to Dina Lelacheur, the General Manager who made sure that our large group were all very happy, I wonder does she ever sleep as she was always there checking our dinners, making sure out transport arrived and we had everything we wanted. Special mention to Shaun too who was unbelievably efficient and thanks too to all the staff, they gave 150% to our stay. Shame we did not have time to go and play golf but the course looked very good.

Guernsey is beautiful and I do hope that I can re-visit again, I would highly recommend the hotel for couples, business, families and large groups.

Back after a wonderful 3 day stay. Great food, friendly, helpful staff, particularly the Manager, Dinah, who orchestrated the whole weekend for a very demanding clientele. Rooms were well appointed with great beds and lots of pillows. Well done St Pierre Park.

The hotel and grounds are superb and situated just outside of the town with a bus stop right outside. Our room was spacious and on the lower floor so that it opened out onto the lawn with a verandah outside where we could sit and enjoy the view. We had very comfortable beds, tea and coffee in the room and a nice bath and shower. Breakfast offered a massive choice from the buffet as well as a menu from which you could choose extra dishes. The food in the bar was really good with a wide choice and the staff everywhere from the maintenance men to the manager were so polite and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The new swimming pool was beautiful and the member of staff that showed us around was very obviously proud of all the facilities, and justifiably so. Our last night we ate in Victor Hugo restaurant and I have to say that the food was exquisite, both in taste and presentation. We will definitely go back there again, by which time the health suite/spa will be completed offering even more for guests to enjoy.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. The bedroom was large and comfortable with a balcony over the lovely gardens. The balcony had a tables and two chairs. The bathroom, which had a bath with shower over, was perfectly adequate with the usual supply of lotions and soap. The television had about 14 channels including radio (no Sky channels) and none of any significance (if any) for non-English speakers.

We were surprised to get a complementary bottle of method traditional (non french champagne) wine for a milestone birthday.

The breakfast was largely self-service with only juice, tea/coffee and toast brought to the table.

Unfortunately use was not made of the health facilities. Hopefully next time.

We were taken out to lunch here, and it was very pleasant indeed. They have their own Brassiere and you can, subject to weather, eat outside. The menu is quite varied, with a good children's menu to choose from. Equally, the kids do have a play area, so you can keep an eye open, whilst you eat.

We were put in this hotel by our tour operator when we missed our ferry to Sark due to being fog bound at Alderney. I think it has recently been refurbished, we were very happy with the room it was very clean and comfortable with a huge bed. The room was quite warm with no air conditioning so having the balcony was great so we could let some air in. We also ate here in the evening, the meal was very good and staff were very pleasant. We would recommend this hotel and would definately return when we come back to Guernsey.

Several of us stayed here for a long weekend break. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff, clearly very well trained. The rooms are very comfortable, with huge beds (6 ft?), and loads of pillows. Unfortunately, our departure was delayed by one or two days, because no flights came in or out due to bad weather, and the hotel was already fully booked. So we had to transfer to another hotel, which was not quite of the same standard. It only served to emphasise what a very good destination St Pierre Park was.

My husband and I stayed over as we were attending an event at the hotel. Our room was on the top floor and had a stunning view across the fountain with a little balcony which we used to enjoy the sunshine before the event started.
The room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. We also tried the newly refurbished pool before checking out. There is still work to be done in this area but we were very impressed with what we saw.

was a bit apprehensive about booking a golf resort hotel as I imagined loads of golfers milling about and ducking golf balls all the time but as I had left my booking a little late didn't have much of a choice, well what a bit of luck, it was superb the golf course is hidden out of site and the hotel is set in lovely gardens with an attractive lake and the golf course although out of site did look very nice if you fancied a round. The staff are very friendly and are always smartly dressed and are happy to help you if needed the bedroom was large and very clean as was the bathroom and the bed was massive and the room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was superb, something for all tastes and plenty of it with attentive staff who made sure you had all you needed. The spa area and pool has just been refurbished and is top notch I doubt you could find better, this is a top hotel and well worth a visit and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay and well done to all the staff for all their hard work in making this such a nice place to stay.

Decent sized room, bath and shower and an outside terrace made for a lovely stay here. Bed was very comfy. As there didn't seem to be any air conditioning we did make use of the patio window to circulate some air, as the room was quite warm.
Breakfast was good with many choices, including to order items and dinner in the bar area was also very good quality.

Could not fault this hotel the staff were attentive and friendly, excellent room service, the only problem was the spa as it was under refurbishment so not much available, I'm sure it will be fantastic when complete, will definitely stay again 😀

It was nice to come back and see the refurbishment under way. The pool area will look very nice when finished. The room was nice , staff friendly and the food good. I can only comment on a breakfast in the room as i was on the first flight off the island. It was on time, hot and tasty. All i needed at that time of the morning.

Will be even better soon.

Overall the stay was good and the staff were friendly and the service was good. Meals were reasonably priced and proportioned with the exception of the chicken curry and rice - rice portion was 2 tablespoons at best! I stayed on B&B basis and was impressed that in addition to English breakfast, continental breakfast, you could also choose from other dishes such as eggs benedict, smoked kippers, poached eggs etc at no additional cost. Additionally, one of the waiters was particularly thoughtful enough to seat us close to the buffet as he noted my mother is partially sighted and my daughter is a toddler. Only downside was the lack of communication regarding access to the pool that had been renovated. Extremely annoying when you have prepared a 3 year old for a morning swim only to see the closed sign or the second time that access times for children has changed. After complaining on the second occasion that they haven't notified guests of the new access times we were allowed in for a courtesy 30 minutes - but bearing in mind no-one had visited the pool before or during our swim we could have stayed longer! Nevertheless we would definitely stay again as hotel set in beautiful grounds, has small children's play area and large green spaces so very family friendly. However, you need access to a car as not close to centre/harbour.

Have been visiting this hotel for over the past 20 years. And on my last visit I noticed it was looking a little tired.

We thing have really improved, the hotel has come under the ownership of the Hand Picked group and they have returned this hotel to its former glory.

While I was staying the pool, gym, and spa were all being renovated. My room was of the best standard and other public areas were all looking very smart.

All the staff were very pleasant and very accommodating.

I will be returning later this year.

At first glance I thought this was just another big hotel, the likes of which I've stayed in many times on business. Function rooms, spa, health suite, nice rooms, buffet breakfast, ability to accommodate large groups. But there's something a bit different. Certainly the hotel is well equipped and well positioned about a mile out of St Peter Port (and handily nearly opposite a large Waitrose). Tennis courts, golf course, ample free parking, tourist information, concierge. But I came to the conclusion that the difference is the staff. They all just seemed so NICE. I don't know if it's Guernsey people in general or these hotel staff in particular but they were all friendly, helpful and just genuinely seemed to want to be nice to me. Sadly I think it's unusual to meet so many staff and not have at least one or two who are a bit "off"- fed up, can't be bothered, strained politeness. Not here, they were a pleasure. I stayed for a week on holiday and would recommend paying the bit extra for a room with a garden view- these are quieter and more relaxing and have views of the lovely grounds- either of trees and tennis courts or if you're lucky, the very lovely ornamental lake and fountain. These also get the afternoon and evening sun which can be enjoyed from your balcony/patio. Non garden view rooms overlook the entrance/car park/ main road and are in shade in the afternoon, although they also have balconies. The rooms don't have air conditioning and can be a bit warm at night in hot weather although the French windows open wide. The huge bed was very comfy with lovely soft bedding. The breakfast buffet is absolutely first class. I didn't eat at the hotel for other meals as I was always out. If you don't have a car be aware that although St Peter Port is only about a mile away, it's quite a drag uphill on the way back so you'd need a reasonable level of fitness to walk back. It's on a bus route though and taxis are available although at £7.20 I thought this an expensive option for the distance. I didn't use the newly refurbished health suite although it looks very swish, but I did have an Elemis spa treatment- a very competent and therapeutic back massage. So, in a nutshell, I'd recommend the St Pierre Park, it has lots to offer and I'm glad I stayed.

First impressions on entering hotel were good. Spacious reception area and friendly desk and concierge staff. Hotel policy prefers credit cards so if you have a visa debit card then you will need to pay up front for charges to the room. Bedroom was small with a tiny balcony but the bed was huge and most importantly the room and bathroom were very clean initially and maintained throughout the stay. Breakfast restaurant very good with helpful and polite staff. Good choice of food including gluten free option. Only black mark was the quality of the tea! Terrace bar staff friendly and professional. All orders taken correctly without fuss. Overpriced for the quality of the majority of the food. However the soups, mullet and cobb salad were to a high standard. Highly recommended.

It's a long walk into St Peter port, but my favorite hotel so far on Guernsey. Breakfast is included in the price and is very good. 4 stars as the pool was open 10am to 7pm, could do with being open earlier and later.

A lovely hotel in well kept grounds, the pool was very relaxing with sun loungers and the spa which is just being renovated will be fantastic when it is completed. Spa and pool staff very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very clean with a balcony or terrace to sit out. Plenty of choice of drinks in the room. Breakfasts were delicious with an excellent choice and very attentive staff. Definitely a place to stay, would recommend to friends and family.
