Comfortable, basic breakfast, very good food in the bar, lovely staff, but misleading website.
A very English breakfast
I booked our 2 night stay here because it had a pool, noting that it said there was an extra charge. Having packed our swimsuits we were told on arrival that the pool has been closed since February 2020. They should say so on the website. They have had ample time to do that. If you want a swim, go to the Mercury Georgian House, where my sister swam both mornings.

Great stay with a lovely view of the football pitch. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we had a great stay. The only downside I would say is the fact thee is no air conditioning and it was really hot in the room. They did however bring us a fan when requested which was nice :)

There's a need for air conditioning as it did feel warm in the room. Also, one of the coffee mugs was dirty. Maybe consider using paper cups.

The staff were really fab. Helpful, kind and welcoming. The room was hugely comfortable and the food was great. We were very pleased with our stay! There was an issue with the rooms we had booked and it was sorted and we were compensated before wile even know there was a problem. Fantastic service.
Although there are elements that look a little tired (bathroom in room), it really was a wonderful stay.

I would like to just say that your disabled access rooms are not at all accessible and need updating. However your staff,who could not do enough to accommodate all our needs, went above and beyond other hotels we have stayed in recently and made it all worthwhile. Friendly and understood our requirements going above and beyond to make sure our stay was successful.
