A lovely friendly hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff and a really comfortable bed. The pillows were also comfortable which is not the case in all hotels. The Caesar salad was very good and there are great views over the University of Bolton stadium.

Considerable amount of mould on bathroom tiles. Moved room but only slightly better. Ventilation not working in bathroom. Bedroom needs air conditioning. Decor starting to look a bit tired.

the hotel was at a great location and the staff was really nice and helpful
the bed linen was really bad, it was worn out and really soft. the breakfast was also bad for the price £11.99, I know it was still with Covid restriction but the price could have been lowered accordingly. the buffet food was greasy and overcooked, no cereals, was expecting a lot for £11.99

Writing this on behalf of my mom and dad who wanted me to give a review as they were so impressed with the staff, this is what she wanted me to write.. rooms are great lovely location, all the staff are lovely but Jack behind the bar is outstanding the service he has given me and your Dad is excellent, such a nice young man.

Us at Bolton Balloon Fairies was asked to decorate the Penthouse Suites for a newly married couple and walking the through the hotel we saw how clean it was, nice deco and the room was large. The staff was very helpful and polite and would stay here my self. Overall a nice experience whilst there

An ok hotel
Room was pretty good sized, and the bed very comfortable, staff members very polite and helpful. Furniture was a bit old and the room seemed to need a refurbishment however for a weekend this was ok.
- Bathroom was not cleaned properly and the tub was mouldy - There was a lot of dust in the room so again they should improve the cleaning process

A great place to stay for business.
I loved that it was peaceful, I thought it might be roudy bring close to a busy road but it wasnt. The beds were comfy, and the bath room spacious. I felt the staff were super lovely too. Love that its close to the retail park, and the price was very fair too. Absolutely loved my stay . I also felt the building was very covid conscious which made me feel safe.

Check in was warm and friendly. Breakfast staff were helpful and the room cleaner was lovely to talk with. The scrambled egg was perfect!
I'd like a walk-in shower. If it has to be "over bath" then I'd like to be have a flexible shower hose rather than a fixed head.
